We recommend relaxing lake side to enjoy the views and local wildlife with our two resident swans and a vast array of birds and insect species. Broomlands is nestled at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, therefore there are plenty of footpaths, bridleways and cycle routes to follow. We can even recommend some that lead to a local hostelry for some well earned refreshments!
You could follow the Viking Way, a footpath that meanders the length of Lincolnshire, or take a shorter trip to the nearby Roman town of Caistor. Bring your mountain bikes to enjoy a tour around the local countryside or finish your day with a romantic moonlit walk around the lake.
We provide a box of goodies to help you discover the picturesque countryside or wind-away a peaceful evening. There is also Wi-Fi access for those wishing to keep in touch with the outside world.
We are located within striking distance of the seaside where Lincolnshire offers wide expanses of sandy beaches, unspoilt views and lots of wildlife to enjoy. Or visit the beautiful City of Lincoln with its Castle and Cathedral, where there are plenty of activities for those looking for more adventure.
